Use this app in conjunction with your account on emergency.npdcapps.co.nz for access to emergency contacts. The app allows you to call, text or email the contacts in your list. There is also a "text all" function for a list. Account details and roles are managed from the New Plymouth District Councils Emergency Contacts site.
